Terms of Use
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of Voxa (the app and hosted service). By using Voxa you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Voxa connects your phone to Claude Code running on your own laptop through a voice operator, and calls you when work is done. Voxa is also open source; you may self-host it under its license instead of using the hosted service.
Subscriptions and billing
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that includes a monthly allotment of agent minutes. Additional minutes can be purchased as one-time top-ups.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
- Except where required by law, purchases and consumed minutes are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users accounts, and no reselling the hosted service. You are responsible for what you instruct the agent to do on your own machine.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. The agent can make mistakes; review its actions, especially on important code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using Voxa and delete your account at any time.
