Common issues
- Pairing QR won't scan. Make sure your phone and laptop are on the same network, then restart the
voxacommand on your laptop to print a fresh QR. - Laptop shows offline. Voxa needs the laptop server running and awake. Check that the
voxaterminal is still open and your laptop has not gone to sleep. - Out of minutes. Buy a one-time top-up or subscribe to Pro for a monthly allotment, both from inside the app.
- Deleting your account. Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your account and minute balance from our servers.
